Patient information:

 

Present medical history: The patient came to our hospital with the main complaint of "tooth decay and loss in the lower right posterior tooth for several years" and requested repair.

 

Oral examination: 36 residual crowns, soft tissue hyperplasia covering the residual crowns, and missing teeth with a width of approximately 7mm in the near, far, and middle regions. No growth was observed in the maxillary teeth, and the remaining teeth were in good periodontal condition.

 

Imaging examination: 36 residual crowns, small circular shadows visible near the middle root, widened periodontal space, suggesting apical granuloma.

 

Treatment plan: 36 minimally invasive tooth extraction and delayed implantation.
