Patient information:
Present medical history: The patient came to our hospital with the main complaint of "missing right upper posterior tooth for more than months" and requested restoration of the missing tooth.
Past history: The patient is in good health, without a history of genetic disease, hypertension, heart disease, and diabetes. No infectious diseases, endemic diseases, or other illnesses, and no history of hospitalization for major illnesses. Vaccination is administered locally and there is no history of drug allergies. No abnormalities were found in the remaining system.
Oral examination: 26 missing, soft tissue and occlusal condition still acceptable.
Imaging examination: The alveolar ridge height at 26 missing sites is severely insufficient, and there is a significant mandibular bone defect.
Treatment plan: Perform a low mucosal elevation surgery through the alveolar ridge sinus and implant surgery at the same time.
