Patient information:

 

Present medical history: The patient came to our hospital with the main complaint of "missing right lower posterior tooth for more than 4 months" and requested repair.

 

Past history: The patient was in good health, without a history of genetic disease, hypertension, heart disease, and diabetes. No infectious diseases, endemic diseases, or other illnesses, and no history of hospitalization for major illnesses. Vaccination is administered locally and there is no history of drug allergies. No abnormalities were found in the remaining system.

 

Oral examination: 46 missing teeth, 47 tilted caries, good soft tissue condition without abnormalities, missing teeth at a distance of about 14mm from near to far, and 15 elongated teeth causing low bite. 25 and 26 are missing.

 

Imaging examination: 46 missing, bone tissue morphology is still acceptable.

 

Treatment plan: 46 implant surgeries.
